Houses reflects the place where my story began. Each rooftop carries the warmth of my childhood, the culture I was born into, and the rhythms of village life that shaped me. The close bond among families, the way nature embraced our homes, and the strength we drew from one another all live within these colors. The red tiles are not just buildings—they are symbols of connection, memory, and the deep emotional roots that continue to anchor me.
Born and raised in rural Karnataka, I carry the rhythms, colors, and quiet strength of the landscape into everything I create. I completed my Bachelor of Fine Arts from CAVA, Mysore, where I developed a strong foundation in artistic practice and discovered my passion for painting. Nature has always been my greatest source of inspiration. Its balance, harmony, and ever-changing colors guide my work and invite me to observe the world with deeper sensitivity. Through my paintings, I explore the subtle relationships between land, light, and life—seeking not just to represent nature, but to feel and express its essence. Currently practicing as a painter, I continue to experiment with forms, textures, and palettes drawn from my environment. My art is a reflection of where I come from and what I continue to learn from the natural world around me.
